Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Any unwanted items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days from the date you received your parcel.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels attached.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Repack Your Items – Use the original packaging if possible. If you no longer have it, place the items in a waterproof and sealable bag.
  2. Complete the Return Form – Use the order invoice included in your delivery. On the back, fill in the section for exchanges and refunds. Place this form inside the package.
  3. Seal and Send – Ensure your return is securely sealed before sending it back to us.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.
  • Please allow 7 working days (excluding weekends) for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Returns labels

We only offer free returns labels for exchanges.  Refund requests using this service will be charged £3.70 and this will be deducted from the refund due to you.

  • Please use the following link to create a return with our returns portal. This is at a set price of £3.70 with a maximum weight of 20KG.

If you are returning items from Northern Ireland, We recommend to you use The Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.

We aim to process your return within 7 days of receiving them. We'll make sure to keep you informed it's all sorted and your refund is on the way. Just so you know - give it about 7 working days for the funds to pop up in your account
